In counselling we look at what you are facing and would like help with changing.

You may have already done some counselling, therapy or coaching before, may be tried self-help techniques or not. We take all of this into account when we look at what you are facing now and where your stumbling block may be or the trauma that stops you from reaching your goals and living the life you like. My counselling is person-focussed and may make use of different modalities like narrative, dialogue, art, nlp, ret, etc. It is based on the developmental model and can include art therapy and other therapies, always in agreement with you, as the focus is on YOU.
